- To sign up by fax with Electric Checks, download the PDF Agreement form and Open and fill it out online, print it and sign it
- Fax the completed form and a voided business check to 702-543-4843
For security reasons, we do not recommend that you email the completed PDF form to us.
- We will verify your information and contact you when your enrollment is completed.
- Download and print a POS sign and learn about the verbiage that must be added to you invoices, website and/or credit applications advising your customers about your check collection policy.
