Here's what you must do to participate in the Electric Checks
Check Representment Program:
Post
a sign at the point-of-sale, on a contract, invoice, credit
application or receipt stating that the returned check amount
will be electronically debited along with a collection fee
from the check writer's account. Electric Checks will provide
you with signage.
Authorize your bank, using the Bank Authorization
Statement, to mail your NSF checks to Electric Checks.
This assures that your check will be represented immediately
after receipt by Electric Checks.
Send Electric Checks the Agreement
and a voided business check from
the account where you wish your collected funds deposited.
It's
that easy. Never worry about collecting returned checks
again.
