To sign up you will need to provide Electric Checks with the following:

Signed EFT Processing Electronic Service Agreement*
Signed Bank Authorization Statement* (authorizing your bank to send your bounced checks directly to Electric Checks)
A voided business check* (from the account where you wish your collected funds deposited)

The next step in NSF Check Collection:

1. Electric Checks will send the Bank Authorization Statement to your bank.
2. Your bank will send your Future NSF checks to Electric Checks.
3. Electric Checks will notify you when you have received a NSF check.
4. Upon receipt of a NSF check, Electric Checks will begin the collection process.
5. Electric Checks will inform you of the outcome of the collection process.
6. Original checks will be returned to you.

Second Check Representment	Collected. Original check is returned to you.	Money deposited into your account within 7-14 days.
Second Check Representment	Funds not available.	Call bank to time third representment.
Third Check Representment	Collected Original check is returned to you.	Money deposited into your account within 7-14 days.
Third Check Representment	Funds not available. Check is "dead." Original check is returned to you.	You will be notified 30 days from the second representment that funds are not available to cover your check.
